The Rivers state party agent for the All Progressive Congress(APC) gave a graphical description of how militants tied up, beheaded and paraded the community with the head of the party’s ex official, Ignatius Fubara on Saturday, shortly before the election.
The party agent, Mr Samson Igerebara described and narrated how his elder brother and nephew were murdered.
Igerebara explained that there was no way the number of recorded voters could have voted during the stampede.
During the announcement of INEC results, Mowan was killed alongside his elder brother and nephew.
In ward 8, the Rivers APC ex official Ignatius was tied as a crocodile and was taken to a slab where his head was chopped off and was carried round the community.
Such environment was not fit to conduct election and no sane person in such environment would stay to conduct elections, but still the collation officer and electoral officer turned in results in such chaos.
The party agent further said for a human being to turn in results on the blood of innocent souls is the height of injustice and the authorities must look into it.
