Cardi B has pleaded ‘not guilty’ before a New York court on felony charges.

Between keeping us in check with all her ‘courthouse chic’ outfits and fabulous show performances, the plea is in and Cardi and her team have pleaded not guilty on the felony charges against the rapper.

 

According to TMZ, on Tuesday June 25th 2019 a New York Judge told the artiste she has been charged with attempted assault in the second degree and several other charges to which Cardi responded “Not guilty sir, honour” .

 

A few days ago, TMZ Reported that Cardi had been indicted with fourteen charges, including 2 counts of felony attempted assault with intent to cause serious physical injury. The others included a misdemeanour reckless endangerment, assault, criminal solicitation, conspiracy, and harassment. Yikes!

 

TMZ has also told us that the prosecution decided to take the case before a grand jury based on new information they’ve discovered.

 

If you remember from sometime in October 2018 Cardi B was accused of ordering an attack on two strip club bartenders; Jade and Baddie G who claimed to have been injured during the attack.
