A U.S Judge has ordered that embattled singer R. Kelly remain behind bars without bail after a prosecutor argued that he would be a threat to young girl per the charges against him.
The attorney made her case when she said “If he was attracted to middle school girls in 1999 then he’s still attracted to middle school girls.
“That’s who the defendant is and that, your honour, makes him a danger today”
The judge, Mr. Harry Leinenweber said the ‘Step in the name of love’ singer would have to prove before federal law that he wasn’t a threat.
Robert Kelly was arrested in Chicago and faces charges of sexual assault involving minors.
